Kamal is going to wear khaki uniform yet again after donning it in â€˜Kuruthi Punalâ€™ a decade ago. This has increased the expectations to a new level. The film is all about an honest cop who goes to New York to crack down a murder case. The veteran actor has done all he could to make it a hit. He has given his might in the interactive sessions with the New York Police Department. The director of the film said that cameraman Ravi Varman has taken great risk in shooting the helicopter sequences. Cute girl Jyothika is teaming up with Kamal Haasan again after acting together in â€˜Thenaliâ€™. Bengali beauty Kamalini Mukherjee is making debut in Kollywood by playing a cameo role in the film. Prakash Raj also acts in it. Producer of the film Manickam Narayanan is looking forward to give Kamal fans a great treat this Tamil New Year by releasing it in April. He said that Gowtham, Kamal, Ravi Varman and Harris Jeyaraj have given all they have to make this film a success. Cameraman Ravi said that he took great risk shooting in the busy streets of New York. He added that Harris Jeyaraj's music is one of the highlights of the film. It also features a Hollywood actor playing an important role. It is said to be realistic, as it has scenes involving the FBI and the international police operations. The hype around the film is encouraging as of now, but the real test is yet to come.
