This love story has lots of humour and his fans would surely love it. Debutant director Tamilvaanan seems to follow Suryahâ€™s footsteps, as this film has lots of glamour, punch lines, good song sequences with love theme and all that Suryah used to rely on. Scriptwriter Prasanna Kumar has pumped in extra masala and double meaning talks to draw the youth audience to the theatres. Satya (Suryah) has the money and wealth, as he is the only son of a rich businessman (Pyramid Natarajan). He is also a womanizer, who woos pretty girls and leaves them behind after having good time. Then he comes across Haritha (Nayantara) and starts following her. He has a group of friends (Vivek, Ganja Karuppu and others) to help him out in his endeavor, as he is a wealthy man. Satya finally wins the love of conservative Haritha following a few incidents. But he wants to leave her, as he canâ€™t have sexual relationship with her. On the other hand, Harita tells her parents about Satya and they are ready for their alliance. Then Satya is forced to confess his wrong intention on her. The rest of the film is on how she changes Satyaâ€™s life. Director Tamilvaananâ€™s style of storytelling is good, as the flashbacks give a clear idea of the film. Suryah has improved a lot as an actor though a little patch up is still needed. Nayantaraâ€™s performance is fine but she looks too glamorous as a middle class girl. Suryahâ€™s make-up in the song sequences is a little too much and his methods to trap Nayantara look hilarious. Moreover, Vivekâ€™s behavior sometimes makes you feel funny. The film also slows down its pace in the second half after a racy start. The film is technically fine. Yuvan has composed some good numbers especially "Eno Kangal..." and "Uyir Piriyum Valiya...". His background music is also one of the highlights of the film. Ekambaram has handled the camera really well. On the whole, debutante director Tamilvaanan has done a good job.
