Ingredients:
Each 100 mg Contains: Abhrak Bhasma 100 mg.

Indication:
General Weakness, Respiratory Ailments, Restlessness, Anaemia.

Dosage:

• For 5 to 10 years - 120mg
• For 11 to 25 years - 240 mg
• Above 25 years - 360 mg
• To be taken in the morning and evening with honey or as directed by the Physician.

Diet:
Light and easily digestible food.

Avoid:
Jaggery, Chillies, Pulses, Sour substances like lmli, Curd, Tomatoes etc.
